Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience Required to Perform Job Upon Hire:
2-5 years
Specific Experience: 3-5 years of experience LPL Freedom Club level production or higher
Certifications or Licenses Required: Series 7 Series 63 and 65 or 66 State Insurance License
Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge Required:

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $46,240 to $69,360 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as a bonus or long-term incentive units.

Responsible for meeting and consulting with members to assess their financial planning needs by reviewing their financial information, then developing financial goals and creating financial plans to assist them in meeting their goals.
Essential Responsibilities
- Meets with clients and prospects. Collects and analyzes information regarding the members’ income, assets, investments or debts. Determines financial goals with the members. Ascertains which financial products best meet the members’ needs and financial circumstances in order to achieve those goals. After careful consideration, advises the member regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products, including insurance and investment products.
- Prepares for client meetings, creates financial plans, and creates portfolios.
- Works on the business with the Client Service Associate (CSA) (where applicable). Markets the Partners financial products, builds branch relations, determines ways to improve business and client service, and plans for future client interactions (client appreciation, client lunches, seminars, etc.)
- Researches new products, keeps up with economic data.

Physical Demands & Environmental/Working Conditions:
- This position is performed primarily in a traditional office or credit union setting within a work environment that may include in-office days, remote workdays, or branch days with no expected adverse environmental conditions. Depending on role type, roles may require participation in off-site events, or occasional evening or weekend work. This position requires the ability to:
- move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- adjust or move objects up to 15 pounds in all directions
- perform repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- use primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together
